Aigli Apartments

Found in the municipal limits of Strovolos, this apartments project consists of two twin buildings placed on the south and on the north of the plot respectively. It includes 20 apartments with 3 bedrooms each. Both buildings bedrooms face the interior of the plot where an internal courtyard is organised. Living rooms and all other areas have visual access through big verandas to the street. Large verandas and lofts with gardens allow to the tenants, apart from the comfort of internal spaces, the same comfort in the exterior spaces. The structure has an open space ground floor where many gardens and internal courtyards are created. External horizontal elements, like slabs and vertical elements, like stairwells merge together to produce a unified design that gives the building its robust and modern style.
