Residence in Larnaca

In a quite neighbourhood in the outskirts of Larnaca this residence represents a classic style of our studios residential planning. It is a three bedroom residence with guestroom and studio. It also includes everyday rooms in the ground level along with an underground level for deposits and parking.

The design is influenced from elements of Greek traditional architecture reformed in a modern way. This can be seen in the multiple roofs based on many cantilevers that give the plan its horizontal authority. Traditional plasters, fair faced concrete and stonemasonries are combined with the extensive use of timber. The big openings are composed in a way to unify the interior with the exterior space especially the internal courtyard with the swimming pool.
